We offer free UK mainland shipping on all orders over £50.
If your basket value is under £50 it is £4.95 for UK Standard Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.*
We dispatch Silvine Education orders every weekday (excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, so you can monitor its journey.
*Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, there may be a slight delay

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of an order being placed. Once dispatched, your order can usually take anything from 3-5 working days to be delivered to your chosen address.
UK Standard Shipping orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days (after dispatch)
The above delivery times may vary for destinations outside Mainland UK.
Please note that during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, our courier services may experience delays.

We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept any unsuitable items back for a refund.
We have a 14-day return policy. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the costs of the return postage. We do not supply return labels.
